Very easy to use. The location I used had us place our bags near the front desk (it was a dry cleaners), they were tagged, and we took a photo of our belongings. Everything ended up being OK, but our bags necessarily didn't seem that safe since they were just sitting at the front entry way. Since we were in NYC, we would have felt a bit more safe if the bags were placed behind the desk so you couldn't see them right when you walk in (or walk by from the outside).
