This is a great "hidden" service for tourists in big cities.
Yes, most hotels will hold your luggage for you, but my problem was that my hotel was in the opposite direction of my departing destination. It was nice to check out of my hotel, drop off my bag where I wanted to sightsee and pick it up on my way to the train.
The staff at the dropp off location, were very friendly and answered any questions.
I found the price a nice surprise.
I honestly DO tell everyone I know, to check put this service.
I know, I will use it again
