I'm so glad I was able to use Vertoe on my very last day in NYC (as my Airbnb didn't allow me to store my bags there after check-out). It really saved me a lot of time and unnecessary worrying. I also admire your company's 'instant refund upon cancellation' policy which is practically unheard of these days!! Unfortunately I had to cancel my Vertoe booking in Boston - I cancelled and emailed to follow-up, and very pleasantly got a quick response to my email from a member of your customer team acknowledging it and the refund to be processed. :) :) My only complaint is you guys don't operate in Orlando! Where I'm pretty sure a lot of cruise ship patrons and theme park enthusiasts will really love havimg Vertoe around to store their luggage for the day. :)
