My experience using this service was good and I appreciate that it’s low cost and it’s easy to book. The guys at the shop where I left my luggage were very accommodating and friendly. The only negative part was that I flew into Reagan DCA and dropped my bags in Crystal City, and the location was a .5 mile walk from the metro station which was difficult with heavy bags. Overall, I recommend it!
