What a great idea to give us a place to relieve us from carrying our bags all day! Our location at Gifts & Luggage 8th Ave was convenient and the staff was friendly and professional. Their system was easy and speedy for both dropoff and pickup. My only suggestion is to have more locations open till 11pm (like this one is) for us theatre goers. Thanks,
