Service went very smoothly. Though the ziptie lock procedure for left luggage was not followed at the location, it seemed clean, secure and reliable with luggage stored out of sight in a back room of the store and the staff asked for my confirmation number before returning the luggage. Everything was present and correct when I collected it.
