Hi, very happy to leave a review. Can't believe I didn't know about your service earlier but will use you many times in the future. I am often in NY and needing to spend extra time to drop off my luggage where I am staying when I want to be uptown for what my plans are. This was so convenient to leave my bag both days for 5-6 hours so I didn't need to make the trip just to drop off luggage. The store staff were nice. It felt easy and safe and I would trust them to keep my bags again. I have already told my friends about this great convenience. Thanks again.
