This was a great alternative to storing my luggage bag so I could be free to roam around the city all day before catching train out of Grand Central at end of day. It was my first time using this service so was a little leary about it but found it to be convenient and safe. I would though recommend buying small luggage locks for your own added security. I would use this service again if needed.
