The service was excellent. The guys running the gift shop were efficient and personable. The day before I used a luggage service that charged me $10/bag and would not honor its website claiming they would meet any price of a bag service. I was a little skeptical of your service, but will use it again in the future. The only complaint that I have is that I wish both of my bags were put in the back of the shop. I believe the guys running the shop kept a close eye on what was leaving the shop, but one never knows what might happen. Other than this, it was a great experience.
