What a great idea! We had some free time before catching our flight, but had no place to store our luggage in downtown Chicago. This location was so convenient across from the Willis Tower and it couldn't have been any easier. They use a luggage zip tie and I felt like it was a safe location. Thanks for coming up with an affordable option! So much easier than rolling luggage through the streets.
