This location was mostly fine. However, I have a few concerns. First, this building is not wheelchair accessible, and, if I remember correctly, you would not know that from the website. While I am not a wheelchair user myself, this is an important consideration, especially since this appears to be the only Vertoe location in this area. Secondly, there was some confusion when I was picking up the bags. When I dropped them off, I was told to take a picture of them. It was not clear that I should be taking a photo of the code on the Vertoe tags, not just the bags themselves. Thankfully the person who assisted me in the morning was also there in the afternoon when I picked them up and he remembered me. It would be wonderful if they specifically said, "Take a photo of the tags with the numbers visible, please." Finally, when I claimed my bags, the staff did not offer to cut off the tags, and they could not be removed by hand.
