Good service - I wanted to cancel as the location was only revealed after purchase and it was not as close as I would have liked. The support team were great and re-arranged and sent over directions for the new location that was close (8 min walk) to the South station. I would recommend getting a cab (lyft/uber) to the place instead of walking as this was one of my regrets. The whole baggage process was good too - it was in the middle of China town and in a random shop but the guy at the shop was really nice and professional and helped me figure out where to go during that transit time in Boston. I think it would be better to be able to see all available locations when booking and have the option to select the preferred location.
