Great service and all was good, but... I wish there was some official signage and a bag check at the drop off site. You don't get the address of where to go until you pay. Our drop off was a hair salon where we simply put our bags behind a counter. I took pics just in case. I'll use the service again but recommend stepping up the chain of custody.
