Everything was fine, the store employee were polite and accomodating, however, the application says that they need to give me a tag where I will take a photo, and this will act as an insurance. When I asked the employees for that, they said they don't know what i am talking about. So, I just left the suitcase and left. Nothing happenned luckily, but this miscommunication stressed me a bit, thus the 4 stars.
