As a first-timer, I was worried about how this would work, and how safe my bags would be. Have to say, happily, this service is GREAT! The guys at the storefront, (used to tourists, very accommodating and close to Port Auth. - with multiple other locations/businesses participating) were sO nice. Importantly, they handled my bag, photo-tagging, and retrieval carefully. I SO appreciate this, (actually affordable!) option in NYC! Will ABsolutely use again ... A~
