The service was easy to arrange online. The store was simple to locate. It helped that there was a photo of the storefront. Pretty straight forward. I didn’t like that the bags were just behind an open counter. The store was busy with bike renters and this situation could have been more secure with bags placed in the back or otherwise out of sight.
