The service provided was a lifesaver, and I'm thankful. I think it's a great concept. The small inconvenience had to do with the fact that the end service provider was a fast food chain, and the guy who accepted my bag was a bit curt and seemed annoyed at my having dragged my luggage in there. I certainly felt a bit odd dragging my luggage into a fast food place. Maybe parking providers, shipping companies such as Greyhound/FedEx/etc., or budget hotels would be more suitable partners. The employee who returned my bag was very kind, though. Just a couple glitches to work on.
