The service and booking was very convenient, but I was disappointed that they never put any tags on our bags and I never got a bag check receipt. After realizing I never got a receipt, I called the bag check location and they assured me that I didn’t need one because they didn’t have many bags checked. But then when I went to get my bags, low and behold they brought out someone else’s bags, after they only asked me for a physical description of our bags. This is very unprofessional and not secure.
