We left 7 items of luggage at the vertoe near LAX and wanted to say thanks for the exceptional service. The man (sorry we didn't ask your name) was friendly & welcoming. He gave us water, allowed us to charge phones, use the bathroom and helped us to get a shuttle to LAX afterwards. Our bags were kept in a secure area & it felt very safe.
