We used the Vertoe location in NYC on 8th ave near Penn Station. The place was easy to find, however the guy was NOT friendly in the least. He hurried us and made us a bit uncomfortable with leaving our bags there. We did anyway and pick them up hours later with no issue. Would use again, but customer service at the location needs to be improved.
