I was nervous at first about dropping my bags off with strangers, but the instructions were very clear and the storekeepers could not have been more helpful and polite. Store was easy to find, clean, and clearly very popular amongst Vertoe users! My only criticism is that I would have liked to place the tag on my luggage myself, but would 100% use Vertoe at this location again!
