What a wonderful yet odd concept. This service perfectly met a need of mine and was very easy. I wish there was something that would make the process seem less strange - the numbered security tags help. Maybe like Lyft does with the photo confirmation and the contact name of the person etc. But I used the service regardless and was very pleased.
