The actual experience with my luggage was positive — scheduled online, bag was stored as advertised, drop off & pick up was easy. Vertoe website was the problem, reservations didn’t always work properly on a smartphone or tablet. And when I emailed a question, received no answer. 4 days later, trip long over, but still no response from customer service!
