As a first time user, I was pleased with the location, however, the shop staff had no idea what I was on about until I persisted in asking for the person named on app. Then once the boss had confirmed that the luggage was to be stored I was given no receipt and no tamper seal was placed on the baggage. Apart from that it was great!
