The place was convenient to where I was staying and spending time in NY but I was not impressed with the process of picking up my luggage. There was no checking my number to the luggage to make sure that I had taken the correct luggage. Also, I had paid for 2 pieces of luggage as my daughter was scheduled to arrive after I checked my luggage. Her luggage ended up being delayed and so was unable to check in her luggage. According to the Vertoe website, you can't get a refund after the time of your reservation. While it's not much of a charge, it's annoying that I can't get a refund for the luggage that was not checked in.
