First time user of Vertoe. Wonderful and easy-to-use service that you met our needs of a secure and convenient location for luggage storage before heading out to the airport. The app was simple and straightforward, we utilized the U Street Hostel in Washington DC. It was clean, professionally run, our luggage was tagged and placed in a electronically secured and locked room until we returned to pick it up. A simple and the easy solution to our temp luggage storage problem. Will use again in a heartbeat when the need arises
