This business is such a great idea, and it worked perfectly for me picking up my sister at the airport. I ride the train down to a bus to the airport to meet my sister, then we had to wait a couple of hours for the train back up to my house. The Vertoe location we used was in the train station ... what could be more perfect!! The gentleman working there was very pleasant ... we actually picked our bags up, then missed the train, and had to wait another hour, so we took them back, and the gentleman working there was kind enough to take them back at no charge when we told him we missed the train. Once again, a great solution to a lot of travel hassles!
