The idea is great, but the customer service we got upon arrival at our pre-booked spot was dismal. The clerk tapped our plastic bagged car-seats with his foot and said, we don't take that - maybe you are in the wrong place. Which is really frustrating when you have children and bags in hand. We bagged the car-seats differently and they accepted our luggage, with an additional comment of 'next time bring your car', which makes absolutely no sense to say to a traveling family...the same clerk was very polite when we returned and our bags were in fine condition, but the initial interaction was really bad.
