I was SUPER apprehensive using the service bc I’ve never done so before. We dropped our bags off and was constantly wondering if all of our luggage was going to be there when we got back (we had 9 pieces all together)& if our bags were going to be gone through. The guy seemed pretty nice & respectful when I dropped them & I seen him move them to the back (the Vertoe was in deli/corner store). We came back to get our bags & it was someone else at the front counter he was extremely nice and a bit of a jokester we got our bags right away, no issues, nothing missing or broken.
