I really appreciated this service. It was super easy to use and half the price of what the Seattle bus station charges. It's great to be supporting a system of democratized, shared storage. Love it! The only mistake I made was trying to locate the store before I signed in on-line. I didn't realize that the address of the storage spot would only be revealed after I had signed up (for security purposes). I only noticed afterwards that it is highlighted at the top of the website in blue. It would be helpful for this to be more explicitly communicated through a pop-up window as soon as you start the booking process or click on the map.
