I was expecting to have lockers for our luggage that we could lock. Instead we left our luggage at a convenience store. The clerk was there and said he would watch the luggage. This, in the moment, was a leap of faith.
I felt better because Vertoe was extremely responsive to my inquiries. I emailed them and they immediately responded. Contacted the shop keeper and then got back to me that our belongings were safe.
This was the first time I used this service. I would use it again.
