I stored my bags at a Vertoe location inside of a bike shop in New York City. It was busy when I got there to drop-off and when I got there to pick-up, but neither visit took more than a few minutes. Someone promptly helped me tag my bags when I got there and promptly retrieved them when I got back to pick them up.
