We were a party of 5 ,we had to check out from our airbnb at 12 noon and our flight was at 10 PM from JFK,NY. We needed a luggage store for the day...I googled our options..Vertoe seemed to outsource the process to 3rd party stores around Manhattan and Penn station. I decided to give them a try ,i thought that if i went to the storage store and thought they were shady ,i would just charge back my credit card and look for another... So i booked with Vertoe app, the app gave me directions to the store and a photo of the store front.. I reached the store. It was a small boutique Sports goods store with a middle aged manager..The guy was super nice and friendly and looked very trust worthy.. He put our luggage at a separate area of the store and tagged them..We got back to him in several hours...Every thing was the way it was left... It was a very positive experience..Will definitely use them again all around my travel..
