I don’t travel much and this was my first time to New York. I was short on time and wanted to get some sightseeing in so I tried this service. The people were very friendly and the process was super simple. You arrive and they give you a numbered tag (which I fed through the zippers of my luggage to prevent tampering) and then you record your number (pic on phone works perfect) and off you go. When you are ready, you return and show the pic of your luggage and it is returned to you. Easy breezy! I will definitely recommend this service and use them again. Thanks :-)
