I did not like the first person that handled my luggage. He was not polite and charged me $20 for an extra backpack (when the price for my big suitcase was just $11) and said that it needed to be cash and I needed to give it to him. This seemed very dishonest to me and I did not trust him. I also had a hard time understanding how my backpack was going to be stored in that place since, 1) I could not see any Vertoe signs right away, and 2) I wasn't sure where they would store it. This, added to the poor quality of customer service provided by the employee made me rethink the idea of using this service. The next day, I had a different employee handle the service and he was much helpful. But still, I'm not very comfortable with the idea that the bags were just placed in their backroom.
