Hello,
There's a problem with the reservation l made. When arriving, the personn asked me for 12$, and I couldn't check on my bank account. I was surprised but finally I gave him 12$ cash. So I have paid twice for this réservation. You can understand I am not very satisfied, and off course I Ask for 12$ refund.
