The process to book was easy. I didn't realize, however, that I wouldn't know the location until after booking. Somehow I didn't read that until after the booking. But with the generalized location on the map, that was easy to plan drop off. The vendor in Arlington was great. Awesome customer service and easy communication. Thanks, Todd!
