I checked my bag for 2 hours while I walked around San Francisco. Vertoe directed me to a corner store, where the guy at the counter was very friendly and professional. He had me lock the bag with a numbered plastic zip-tie and take a picture, then put the bag in a storage room with other suitcases. I retrieved the bag two hours later with no problems. I'd definitely consider using this service again.
