I was a little nervous about leaving my belongings at a unknown location. I was in Washington DC visiting from out of town. I needed to store my luggage for last minute site seeing before heading to the train station. Once the location was reveled, my friends who worked in the area indicated they were familiar with the shop so that put me at ease. The ease of the online presence/website, convenient location and pleasant proprietor made it a great experience. I would feel comfortable recommending the service.
