We had a whole day in NYC at the end of a cruise and before a nightflight back to Europe with 5 pieces of luggage. No chance to store the luggage at the cruiseport and a complete waste of time, to bring it to JFK and head back to the city. My wife found Vertoe on Google - we choose a close location to the Top of the Rock. Everything worked well - we definitely do it again.
