Suitcases are stored in the shop itself, that is, they are not placed in a separate room o locker, so customers of the souvenir shop have access to them. In addition, when we went to pick them up, being a group of 6 people with a suitcase each, we only identified the first suitcase with the tag photo, but the rest were delivered without showing the photo.
