We got into Chicago at 8am and we couldn’t get into our room until 3pm. It was really awesome to be able to safely store our luggage somewhere so we could go see the city. Everything was easy and safe. I definitely recommend it and I’m actually about to use the service again in an hour so we can see more of the city before our 8pm flight.
