It was a little disconcerting that we would not know the storage location address before booking, but the location was only a block or two from Grand Central Terminal, where we wanted to store baggage. The store location owners were pleasant and helpful and everything was as advertised. Vertoe was convenient and I would use them again. Stored baggage is guaranteed and their chat line people were good at answering questions.
