Everything went really well and was super easy to use! However, I was a little disappointed that on the website it shows you will receive a secure tag that gets locked on your luggage so that you know no one has tampered with it and that did not happen. Also, this would then use as your pick up information. Our items were not tagged, so anyone could have picked them up.
