Easy and convenient. Other reviews said the location was closed when booked - that sounds like maybe a problem with the app rather than the location. Since there are free cancellations, and this was my most convenient location, I went ahead and booked. Once booked I got the specific location and verified it was open online. It was. The staff at the location was helpful and I really appreciated the service.
