- They were rude
- I booked until 6pm. But was told to remove my things before 4:30pm which was a major inconvenience for me as I had planned to have my things stored until 6pm.
- they should provide a receipt with tag numbers instead of insisting we take pictures of it, someone might not have a functioning camera phone and that would be a problem.
- will not use again.
