The store was close to where we were staying so it was easy to find and drop off our bags. The store keeper was very pleasant and tagged our cases and asked us to take a photo if each one. Maybe it was because we were returning in 4 hours to collect but we did not see the cases locked away securely just left within the store although we had no problems
