Good location, lousy service!!!

Stuff let me haul my luggage (two heavy suitcases) downstairs while spectating only instead to offer help. He promised to provide the luggage on time for pick up. At agreed time for pick up my suitcases were still downstairs. Same procedure--stuff let me haul the luggage upstairs while spectating.
No help, no amenities = zero service.
