We had a great experience using Vertoe in Manhattan. The luggage storage was located in the rear of a souvenir shop on 5th Avenue. Had I not read the reviews, I would have been concerned, but the folks working there were polite and efficient both at drop off and pick up. We were grateful not to have to drag our luggage around while we were seeing the sights and attending a show. Perfect arrangement and reasonable.
