I had an excellent experience storing my small bag in Washington D.C. while I toured sites that didn't allow bags of any kind. Although I was a bit concerned about leaving it in an unlocked area, it worked out fine. The room was closed when I returned for pick-up. The people at the deli were very friendly and helpful. I plan to use vertoe again on my departure date.
